If you want to create a character in CK with assets from mods (hair, eyes, clothing etc.), you have to know that you can only use assets that are loaded via an esm plugin. That being said, creating a basic follower in CK is surprisingly easy, especially if you use only vanilla assets. And the NPC in question has to be your follower, of course.
